Meet & Greet tickets allow the purchaser entry into the venue at 9am on the day they have purchased for. Entry into the private session with a maximum of 30 people to meet the guests, take photos, get autographs and ask questions. *Please note you will not be allowed into a Meet & Greet session without a ticket.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
You will be able to buy tickets on the day providing the show has not sold out.Can I take photographs at the show?
Yes you can.Can I purchase a professional photo with the guest/s of my choice?

Yes you can.Can I buy food and drink at the show?
Yes. There is a large restaurant on the first floor serving hot and cold food. You can also purchase alcohol and soft drinks in kiosks and bar.Is there a cloak room?

No it is on two. The ground floor and the first floor.How do I access the first floor features.

PHOTO OPPS – HOW TO REDEEM
Many of you will have purchased in advance photo opps for the show and have asked how the system works. Hopefully, this will answer all your questions.
We have two photo shoots per day (see schedule attached) so firstly, decide when you want to do the photos.
Take your receipt (this will have been sent to you via email when you purchased the photo opp) to the UK Conclave photo table located in the main hall and they will give you a ticket in exchange for the receipt.
Once you have your ticket you can get into the queue when your chosen time has come.
Hand over your ticket when you get to the photographer
The order of the photos opps will be announced over the PA system letting you know they are about to commence and will follow this sequence:
Multiple persons including the group shot
If you have not purchased your photo opp already then you can do so at the photography booth but please remember pre-purchased tickets will go before you.
Please don’t get into the queue until the person you have booked with is having the photos taken.
If your photo is with multiple people then you need to wait till the ‘Multiple persons including the group shot’ is announced on the PA.
The queues move quickly once we start so you will not be waiting for too long.
Once you have had your photo taken you can continue to enjoy the show – your picture will be ready to pick up from the photo booth in about an hour.
